With spring hopefully just round the corner our first Training day of the year is being held on Saturday 17th March at Berrow Village Hall, Parsonage Rd, Berrow, Burnham-on-Sea TA8 2NL (Not Burnham Fire Station) starting at 10am and running until 4pm.
The day will be an excellent opportunity to meet up with fellow members and friends to refresh your skills, including theory presentations, slow riding (try out the CVAM training bike or use your own), and check rides with our Observers to get an up to date assessment of your riding. It is intended to be a relaxed and social event for associates, members, prospective new members and the public to drop in during the day and take advantage of the various activities.
If you’ve had a winter break this could be a great time to get the bike out of hibernation & have a refresher with one of our observers to get the best out of your riding. We have set up a sign-up sheet where you can pick a time slot with an observer, which you can access by clicking this link. Just add your name in the Rider 1 or Rider 2 column for your preferred time slot and it will save automatically.
The event is free and open to all so if you are interested in improving your skills, or just interested in the group’s activities then please come along. It would be great to meet potential new members !
