Congratulations to our new Observers

Congratulations and well done to Wilf Hodgson, Richard Reeves and Alan Adams who have recently qualified as Local Observers for CVAM. Our group now has three more qualified Observers to support Associates in preparing for their advanced rider test.

Chief Observer Nick Schroeter said “Alan, Wilf and Richard, May I congratulate you on passing out as Local Observers for CVAM. It’s great to welcome you into the Observer Corps and I know you will be a great help to our Associates preparing for their test. We have a wealth of experience within our Observers and I know too that you can rely on getting any support you may need as you start out with your first Associates.

I’d also like to thank your mentors and LO assessors for helping you to gain this qualification, the first for our Group using the new IAM process and documentation. Well done, and thank you for volunteering for this important role in CVAM”

Dave Ingle has also recently re-qualified as Local Observer for CVAM- well done Dave.

Qualified Observers are one of our group’s most important assets helping all of our members to improve their riding skills and enjoy riding to the full whilst making safe progress. If you would like to know more about what’s involved in becoming an Observer please get in touch.
